Which fields reach us
Whatever you enter and nothing else — a name, a contact number, an email address if you choose to give one, the city the property is in, an approximate build decade, the type of work, and the free-text box. No account is created, nothing is pre-filled from elsewhere, and there are no hidden inputs collecting anything you cannot see on screen.
The route the message takes
Submitting the form hands the message to an external form-delivery provider, which immediately relays it to our email inbox. It is a pipe rather than a filing cabinet: we keep no customer database behind this website, and the contents are never offered, sold or forwarded to other trades, lead brokers or advertisers.
Why we keep it
Solely to answer you, arrange a time to see the property, and put a price together. Where an enquiry arrives by telephone instead, the note we make covers the same ground — enough to schedule and quote — and stops there.
Tracking
None. No measurement platform, no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag, and no cookie is set by this site. Typefaces are delivered from this domain instead of an external font provider, so loading a page here does not quietly report your visit to a third party. That is also why you were not shown a consent banner: there is nothing to obtain consent for.
How long it stays
Enquiry emails stay in the inbox for the duration of an active project and for the period ordinary business record-keeping calls for afterwards. Say the word and we will delete yours, regardless of whether the work ever went ahead.
